1 . Firstly you download gta sanandreas app and install it
2. Then download gta sanandreas file data ( 2 files ) 
3. You will see a folder "misc" click it and you shall see another folder "android" inside of that folder you will see a bunch of folders, mainly of apps you have downloaded but you will another folder named "Android" as well.. Inside that folder there will be one called "data" DO NOT CLICK ON IT, inside that 2nd "Android folder you will create a folder named "obb".
